Welcome to KridhaaBaby. By placing an order on our website www.kridhaababy.com, you agree to the following shipping, delivery, and return terms.
Order Processing
At KridhaaBaby, we take great care to ensure that your order is processed and shipped safely.
- Orders are typically processed within 7 business days.
- Orders placed before 4:00 PM (business days) are usually processed the same day, subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, and security checks.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
- Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping & Delivery
We work with trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.
Estimated Delivery Time
- UAE: Approximately 7 working day
- GCC Countries: Approximately 7-12 working days
Orders placed on Saturday will normally be delivered on the following Monday.
For large or bulky products, shipments may be sent via surface transport (road), which may take 7–10 working days unless express delivery is requested.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as:
- Unable to reach the customer
- Incorrect or unreachable phone number
- Courier company delays
- Public strikes or transportation disruptions
- Natural disasters or unexpected events
- Government inspections or regulations
Shipping Restrictions
Currently, KridhaaBaby does not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses unless a courier partner is available to deliver to those locations.
Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
International Shipping
At present, we ship to the following GCC countries:
- Saudi Arabia
- Kuwait
- Bahrain
- Qatar
- Oman
For deliveries outside Dubai or internationally, customs duties or import taxes may be charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not controlled or reimbursed by KridhaaBaby.

Order Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, please note the following conditions:
- Orders can only be cancelled if they are still in “Pending” status.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
If cancellation is approved, a 5% restocking fee may be deducted from the order amount (excluding shipping charges).
To request a cancellation, please contact customer support with your Order Number.
Returns & Replacement Policy
At KridhaaBaby, we ensure that all products are carefully inspected before shipping. However, in rare cases, issues may occur such as:
- Product damage during transit
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect item delivered
In such situations, customers may request a replacement or store credit within 15 days of delivery.
Store credit will only be issued for defective or damaged products.
Return Process
To request a return or replacement:
- Email us with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Wait for confirmation from our support team.
- After approval, ship the product back using a reliable courier service.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or replacements will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Gift certificates
- Pre-order items
- Products damaged by the customer
- Items not returned in original condition
- Missing accessories, packaging, or labels
- Warranty tampering on electronic devices
- Products different from the originally shipped item
Packaging Condition
Since many products are imported and transported over long distances, outer packaging may occasionally show minor damage during transit. However, we ensure that the product inside remains brand new, safe, and fully functional.
KridhaaBaby only sells new products from the latest batches.
Refund Policy
Currently, KridhaaBaby does not offer cash refunds.
If a product qualifies for return due to defects or damage, customers will receive store credit that can be used for future purchases on www.kridhaababy.com.
If an order is confirmed but we are unable to ship the product, a refund may be issued. Refund processing may take 5–7 working days depending on the payment method.
